  • Fringes & Fairways is a veteran owned & operated mobile golf simulator. We bring a full indoor–outdoor golf experience to your location for corporate events, fundraisers, tournaments, festivals, private parties, and more across Central Texas.

  • Every event includes our inflatable hitting bay and safety netting, high-quality launch monitor and golf software, clubs and balls, and an on-site attendant to run the simulator from start to finish. We handle setup, operation, and teardown so you can focus on your guests.

  • Our standard setup works best with a flat area that’s at least roughly 20' long × 15' wide × 10' high. Driveways, small parking lots, event lawns, and gyms all work great. If you’re unsure about your space, contact us with photos or measurements and we’ll help you confirm.

  • Yes. As long as the space meets the minimum height, width, and depth requirements and has appropriate access, we can set up indoors. Common indoor setups include gyms, event halls, warehouses, and large conference rooms.

  • The simulator can operate in a wide range of conditions, but high winds, heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe ground conditions may require adjustments or rescheduling. We’ll review the forecast with you leading up to your event and communicate clearly about any weather-related changes.

  • We typically need access to one standard 110V outlet within 50–75 feet of the setup area. If power is not available, let us know in advance so we can discuss options such as a generator add-on.

  • No. We provide a selection of right-handed and left-handed clubs suitable for most adults. If guests prefer to bring their own clubs, that’s fine too—as long as they’re clean and free of dirt and debris before use in the simulator.

  • Not at all. Our events are designed for both golfers and non-golfers. We can set up easy-to-play games and challenges that are fun regardless of skill level, and our attendant will help guests learn how to swing and interact with the simulator.

  • Pricing is based on event length, location, and any add-ons you choose. You can review our standard packages on the Pricing page, and we’re happy to customize a quote for your specific event needs.

  • Our core service area includes Central Texas communities. For events outside that area, travel fees may apply. Share your event location when you reach out, and we’ll confirm availability and any additional costs.

  • Yes. We can help you run closest-to-the-pin contests, long-drive challenges, or simple mini-tournaments. Let us know what you have in mind and we’ll recommend formats that fit your event and timeframe.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible—especially for weekends, holidays, and peak seasons—so we can lock in your date and time. If your event is coming up soon, reach out and we’ll let you know our current availability.

  • The easiest way to get started is to check availability and tell us about your event. We’ll confirm details, walk you through package options, and make sure everything is set for a smooth, stress-free experience.
